    I found the front office staff seemed less than friendly. Dr cope was excellent.

    Had to wait two hours past appt time to be taken in to preop. Nurse had to try three times for the IV insertion and my hand remains painful and bruised. Eye procedure was painless and vision is improved. Post op chart for drops was not given. Good surgeon, poor management.

    Staff is AMAZING, Dr. Kirsch is AMAZING as well. He takes time to explain, he is personable and knowledgeable. I believe the practice books too many appointments. Every time I go, they are at least an hour behind. That is my only complaint.

    Over the past three years I've always felt that I was in very safe and knowledgeable hands with Dr. Kirsch. Like too many other medical practices, however, punctuality could be improved.
