    I met with numerous ocular and cosmetic surgeons for my brows and lids. I really wanted Dr. Clair to do my eyelid surgery and brow lift. Medicare will cover both if they are medically necessary and it was. Dr. Clair really listened to my concerns and showed me exactly what he was going to do. Of the 6 doctors I met with, he was the best

    I arrived 15 minutes early for a routine contact exam. They kept me waiting another 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment-no apology, no reason. Ok once I was seen-took only 25 minutes. Changed my prescription, but did not explain that either.

    All great except post op nurse who told me to just pop out lens of my glasses when I asked her what to do since I had lens placed in one of my eyes.
