i had an appt at 4pm. i didn't see the doctor until 6:15 pm. i was trying not to get heated (it's unproductive and it's not like you'll get better service anyway) but couldn't help it when i had to leave to re-feed the meter two times.

the doctor apologized to me very discreetly (as though he was used to being late). gathering all the bad reviews about the wait time, these guys really need to re-evaluate their scheduling system.

they took a picture of my eyes with a point and shoot digital camera (i swear i have the same one at home). the bill came and they charged me $75 for the "external ocular photo!" really??? my 8 year old nephew could have taken it for me for free!

the doctor was a nice guy, seemed knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner, so i give him stars for that.

my tip is that if you must go here, try to get the first appt of the day so you're not wasting hours waiting.

My appointment was for 4:20pm. I didn't leave the office until 5:50pm.

The doctor (Anne Fong) I had a scheduled appointment with was running 1.5 hours late.

I sat and waited for a bit.

Then, I was told that another doctor (Dr. So) would meet with me. I liked that I didn't have to wait over an hour to see the doctor like the other two people, but still...

He was great and nice. Gave me some drops.

This review is for my experience of having a cyst removed by Dr. Stuart Seiff.

My appointment was for 4:30 p.m. I arrived around 4:15 p.m. I waited and waited. I was the last patient left in the waiting room. The girls in the office even kicked me out (brought me to a room in the back) because they were having a bridal shower for someone in the waiting room! I wasn't seen until past 6 p.m. The procedure hurt like hell. The doctors and their assistants were talking about another patient while they were working on me (no names were mentioned, but still, I can hear you!) which I though was very unprofessional. Two stars because my cyst is gone and it healed nicely.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. So I cant really speak for the actual eye doctors given you never get to see them, that is my first complaint. They book you with an optometrist who then nickels and dimes you - they charged me 100$ just for a 15 minute basic eye check when i couldnt see (bc of what turned out to be faulty contact lenses). I'm sorry - what is the deal with optometrists calling themselves doctors?

I highly recommend seeing Danny Lin, MD at Pacific Eye Associates. He has great bedside manners and gives honest, straight-forward recommendations for any potential problems. However, please DO NOT buy any frames or have your glasses replaced at the little office towards the back area at this establishment. I had to deal with two old female "dragons" working there, and let me tell you....they need to have a lesson in customer service!
