The doc was nice enough, but they totally abuse your time. They stick you in a small room and make you wait and wait. I got up and left once, told them to call when they were ready to see me. The second time I had to wait 40 minutes in that little room. Not going back.

If based solely on the eye care, i think it's not bad. My doctor was great.

But add on the parking (either be prepared to walk far, pay 2 bucks for 1 hour, or drive in circles like a vulture in the desert). So add extra time for parking, at least 30 minutes.

Front office sucks. I've been there 4 times - all 4 times there was at least 30 minutes wait after my appointment time. So good luck with quick lunch drop in - no way Jose. Two. If someone is late or if someone else's appointment runs long, guess what? You suffer. I walked into the office for a 1PM appointment at 12:40, thinking I might get bumped up. Guess what? I didn't get into the room until 1:30PM. How's that work?

All the admins are burnt out, not smiling, hurrying you up, giving exasperated sighs if something is missing on forms, and just overall looking real beat up from work. Hey, when you're supporting 15 doctors, take a wild guess how many patients are running through each hour?

The waiting room is a zoo. And you can see the frustration on everyone's faces as the clock ticks down on the parking meter outside. How is that?

So you know if you're referred for some specialized procedure, maybe the wait is worth it. But if you're just looking for a spot, I'd probably pass.

My entire actual eye appointment only took 7 minutes flat. You do the math.

I'm reviewing based on my phone call experience. I called to make an appointment here and was immediately put on hold, not even greeted by anyone to tell me to wait a moment. Nope, straight up put on hold to listen to some crazy classical music. I listened to a few tracks of classical for four and a half minutes - what a waste of time! And when the operator finally DOES pick up, I wasn't greeted or anything; it was just some rude woman demanding for what I needed. This place lacks customer service. I don't know about you, but I like to get service at a place that treats you like you're actually welcomed there.

If it wasn't for the gret doctors at this office I think it wouldn't get any patients. I saw Dr. King and he was really kind and thoughtful. I went over to look for new frames and was taken aback by the prices. The guy shows me three frames that my insurance would cover and they looked like they were made for a kid, a kid who only liked brown. When I began asking the price on the two I did like, they were $300 and up. They don't carry all the lines the webite says. With my bad eyesite and extras I would have paid around $500 even with my coverage.

My son and daughter have used Dr. King. He is attentive and efficient.

On the other hand, the administrative staff is BAD! They refuse to fax prescritpions, They oten make me regive insurance information even though they already have it.

I have not called the office five times and still no release of prescritipons. The offices needs to clean up the admin staff before I could recommend this group.
