Nice people and quick checkin. In and out quickly. Dr. Was nice and seem very knowledgeable. At check out is the only issue I have. Some reason the billing department isnt on the ball because I have to repeatedly tell them the two insurance I have Medicare and Medicaid. They keep asking for payment and I have to remind them each time that if the two insurances dont pay that I cant. Both have an annual eye exam allowance. I should not have a copay. The problem seem to be the insurance department isnt coordinating the two payments. They keep sending me bills and I have repeatedly given them the information. If this matter could be remedied Id appreciate it.

Love the way Dr. Jones is so patient with my daughter Mona, He doesnt get upset or aggravated when moves around and doesnt cooperate, shes special needs, Hes good with her
