The only problem I have with Heaton/Dr.Risner is that I never know how long its going to take. Last appointment took 2 hours.

My interactions with Dr. HEATON were superb, as usual. The wait time is excessively long and should be addressed. If you get an appointment for 915, thats when most people think they are seeing the doctor. In this office, they will be getting about one or 1 1/2 hours of testing after which they see The doctor. Patient should be informed about when they will be seen and when the testing will be done.

I have had blurry vision and was hoping to determine the issue and get it corrected. The testing basically came up with just normal aging with nothing can be done except using over the counter reading glasses. The testing and was done professionally and with great care. I felt disappointed with the situation.

Always good service. But this last visit took 2 hours. Way too much time just sitting and waiting when this was a scheduled appointment.
