Did not have a long wait, person who first called me back was very cordial and directed me thought the bust without any problems. Dr was also detailed and answered my Questions.

Outstanding staff at the Longview clinic. After four and one half years, they referred me to a doctor that is only in town once a week and all because they said they could not afford to keep the medicine they were using for my injections. This in no way reflects on my doctor or any of the workers in the clinic, but it does reflect poorly on the top management.

Everything was very good except the wait time to see doctor. The doctor needed a little more concern for patients problem from accident. It felt a little robotic. Don't get me wrong he was very nice and did his job. He was knowledgeable but didn't give patient much time to talk otherwise it would have been 5 star.
