Rated a 4 for briefness of orientation of the visit procedure. Was my first appt with this office. I was treated with courtesy and respect, Better explanation of the form I was handed to help me decide lens type. When I asked about it, the response was "It's up to you". Perhaps the form should indicate: Option one- then list the benefits of that lens and limitations, option 2, etc. along with cost differences. That would have saved the Dr time as he had to stop and explain what the form was meant to do and then go over the lens choices.
