Need a better way to know which building each doctor is in. Dr. Dissey and his team were great. Didnt think much of the uniforms though. Tee shirts and jeans are not very professional, especially if the tee shirts are not clean.

Techs should share what they are doing, I am older so knew what was going on. But it patient is newer might overwhelm

Had cataract surgery extremely impressed with Dr Nickel all the staff @ Heaton. Dr actually took time to call check on me post op which meant a lot. Loved MDs taking time to pray with their pts in pre-op. I would gladly give them a 5 star but the wait in their office is not good! Sometimes 2 hrs or more for a 10 min appt. pts in waiting room discussing they all experienced long waits.
