At HEATON Eye Associates the receptionist are friendly and fast, the eye technicians are well-trained and exceptional, and the doctors are very competent and professional. Great professional service on all fronts.

The staff and Dr Brice are all great. Very friendly and helpful. Not so happy about getting charged an extra $45 for refraction test. Was told at checkout desk that insurance usually doesnt cover it. Would have been nice to have been told prior. Have never been charged this before.
