My appointment was at 2:40.I arrived at 2:20 to fill out paperwork. I was not called back until after 3.Other than that, it was great.Julia took good care of me , and was very efficient and professional.

Came in for consult on cataract surgery and it took three hours. To me that seems a very long time to have to sit with little break. The surgery counselor looked for me in the wrong waiting room and it was a half-hour before I went looking for her. Apparently a mix-up in where I was waiting for her. Somebody dropped the ball--I understand that happens--but she did not look for me elsewhere. I was where I was told to wait. Everyone was very nice, but it was just a long, tiring process for an old lady!
