To be honest, since the move to your bigger office, the care experience seemed somewhat less personal, more regimented and sterile. The dr wasnt as informative and I didnt think he was a thorough. I will still be using Heaton Eye but I was a little disappointed with my last appointment.

We LOVE Dr. Jones! He is thorough and very kind. His front desk gal is also so sweet and accommodating.I gave 4 stars because every time we go for an appointment, we wait at least 40-60 minutes past our appointment time to be called back. It is very frustrating.

Nice office space, friendly people. DrDossey was also friendly greeted me with a hand shake. Only complaints the office was cold and your first visit is a long process.
