    Flawless. From start to finish the entire process of getting the SMILE procedure done at Frantz was fantastic. Greetings at the reception desk to all the questions I could think to ask, everyone was super helpful throughout the entire process.I was pretty sure I wanted the surgery because my contacts were continually drying out in my eyes causing cornea scratches (OUCH). So, I moved pretty quickly with the decision to do the surgery after my consult and they were able to get me in for pre-op and surgery within about a week of my consult (and during a holiday week!)First shout out has to go to Dr. Maxwell Burch for making my vision BETTER THAN PERFECT. Never could have imagined what it would feel like to just wake up and be able to see the world perfectly. It's insane and I am so grateful for his skilled technique in the SMILE procedure. My anxiety level was pretty high pre-surgery but the entire staff was great at making me feel comfortable and safe with what they were about to do to my eyes. Dr. Burch talked me through the whole procedure as it was happening to really ease the stress.While the surgeon is obviously important, I cannot leave the rest of the amazing staff out of this review. Lindsey quickly became "my person" - a friendly face right away that stayed consistent from start to finish - literally from consult to pre-op to being in the room with me on surgery day, she was fantastic at keeping the mood light and keeping me distracted from the icky stuff that would have freaked me out if I thought about it too much. I am thankful she was there for me throughout the whole process.Post-op, Dr. Fedder was super sweet, made sure everything was healing correctly and answered all of my random questions that I had left. I look forward to continued post-op check ins with her.There are plenty of others that were crucial to the process of giving me perfect vision, I didn't catch everyone's names, but I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Frantz EyeCare. I will be recommending this to everyone I know that has blurry vision right now!
