I was on vacation in Ft. Myers when I was diagnosed with shingles on my face and near my eye. I called Frantz EyeCare hoping to get an appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating and was able to get me in that morning. I saw Dr. Nguyen, who was thorough and did a wonderful job explaining what was going on and answering my questions. The office is busy but the wait time was minimal. If I lived down here or need EyeCare on my next vacation I would definitely return to Frantz.

First class service during my first visit to Frantz Eye Care. They squeezed me in to see Dr. Feder to address an issue with my left eye that could not wait for the next available appointment. I couldnt be more impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail paid by the entire staff. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for eye care after this.

Ive always received excellent and timely care at Frantz Eye Care. The doctors are great at explaining any changes and are practical when it comes to if you need new glasses for minor changes to your Rx or not. Their optical department is awesome too. Jana went over all my options for contacts with me and took the time to find any rebates and made sure I had a clear idea of what the costs would be for my different options. Its really nice to have someone sit down and take the time to make sure youre getting all the information you need to make the best decision.
