All of the staff at Frantz are very courteous and professional. Dr. Bachman did an incredible job with my eyelid surgery and follow up appointment. A nurse contacted me the following morning to see how I was doing. Dr. Bachman herself checked in with me later in the day. They made me feel like I was a priority and let me know if I had any concerns that they were there for me. I highly recommend Frantz for all your vision and cosmetic procedures!

My experience was that the checkin went smoothly and my records were available for the technicians. I met with the doctor and my exam was without flaw. I had arrived at 7:30 AM and was finished by a little after 9AM.

The best, my daughter and I were there last week and highly impressed with Everything !!. Did not feel rushed, and all questions were addressed making the next step an easy decision with confidence that wed were making the right decision for the surgery
