I have been a patient of Frantz Eye Care in excess of 20 years and have had wonderful service. I have an appointment on 28th July, 25 and due to leaving Florida, called and requested to bring appointment forward to late April. Was told there is nothing available until June? This is Febuary 18th? Find it totally unacceptable and am SO disappointedan unbelievable in this day and age??

Their state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable staff made the experience outstanding.I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lessie, who has over 20 years of experience. She took the time to thoroughly address all my questions and concerns, spending over an hour with me while ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Her expertise and professionalism were truly remarkable.The entire team at Frantz Eye Care was amazing, and I was even scheduled for a follow-up appointment the very next day.
