I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and swift paperwork requirement before being called into the office. In other eye care companies, I have waited over an hour before being called in. The young man named Brock was taking my vitals and other usual data collection prior to seeing the MD; and he was pleasant, friendly and thorough. Dr. Nguyen was professional through and through; answered my questions and left no lingering thoughts or doubts when I left.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Warrier for retina issues, and Dr. Bokman on the cosmetic side. I highly recommend both physicians, and Frantz Eye Care.As a recent transplant to the area, with existing retina issues, finding a doctor that would be able to monitor my eyes was an early priority. From the desk staff to the techs, the whole experience at the Fort Myers office was incredible. Dr. Warrier saw me to monitor a recent retinal tear, and ended up finding another one in the other eye. It was a smooth process to be sent to the adjoining surgery center and get everything prepped for laser to correct the defect. Having all of the testing and services available in one state-of-the-art building is a great convenience for patients. Ive been seen for follow ups, and have received very competent care from the entire staff.My subsequent visit to the cosmetics center of the Fort Myers office was a similarly pleasant experience. The staff were upbeat and informative, and Dr. Bokman thoroughly discussed treatment options for my concerns. Based on the waiting area, it was extremely busy, but there was no indication that anything was hectic with the staff. It was a smooth experience from arrival to check out, and I look forward to seeing Dr. Bokman again!
