    From the time you walk in the front door you are taken care of very professionally! I have never been in a medical office this big, yet so well organized, professional and caring. I dont think I ever sat for more than 10 minutes at a time between my 3 hours of tests and consultations. Very comfortable waiting areas with, coffee, cold drinks and warm cookies. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so much better about having my surgery, Judy King

    Always kind, efficient and concerned with patient health and safety. Appointment time was fairly close to actually being seen by the Doc, which is always a pleasant surprise.09/20/2021Having now become a regular patient to this practice and particularly this location, I am becoming well known by the staff. Being greeted at the reception by name and treated with kindness, consideration, and respect reduces the trauma of any visit for failing eyesight. The staff of this practice, and in particular the Fort Meyers site, are amazing people, with the doctors I have dealt with being amongst some of the best I have ever been treated by. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough for your vision care. Thank you as always.01/02/2023Having had yet another operation, Corneal Graft, on the left eye this time, by Dr. M. Burch, I am seeing in the New Year with a whole new perspective. The skill and expertise of this surgeon and the Frantz Eye Care Team as a whole is amazing and I am fortunate to have found them and to be under their care. My restored vision in the left eye is as good as it was 40 or more years ago unaided by glasses or contacts! Thank you to you all and may 2023 be a happy and prosperous one for you all.07/12/23A great appointment as always with attentive and competent staff. I have built up a wonderful rapport with the staff and they always make visits bearable, if not enjoyable. Discovered through all the tests performed, my cataract has progressed, but in time for a speedy intervention and hopefully sight restoration will follow shortly with a timely operation.08/18/2023Post cataract op followup appointment. Saw Dr. Burch in the corridor before appointment and as always had a pleasant interaction with this great doctor. He performed my surgery perfectly and my vision is back to pre-op levels with minimal residual effects from the surgery. I then saw Dr. Feder for the actual followup and as always the interaction was very cordial and professional. It is a delight to have doctors such as these attending to me. I was a little perturbed not to have the followup with Dr. Burch after being under his care for so long and having built a rapport with him, but seeing Dr. Feder again allows me to build up a rapport with her too. All-round a very professional and extremely capable practice and would not hesitate to recommend them for your eye care needs.The admin staff are also always very efficient and courteous and really compliment the medical staff well.11/16/2023; Followup visit to surgeon after cataract operation. The staff at this practice are amazing people and Dr. M. Burch is one of the most approachable surgeon's I have ever encountered during my eye lifelong concerns. His advice and empathy are very much appreciated and welcome. My outcomes from all my surgeries performed by Dr. M. Burch, have been amazing. I cannot recommend this eye practice more highly for all your ophthalmic needs.
