I felt as though I was working with a very friendly and professional group of people as soon as I walked in the front door. I would serve them 5 gold stars on a silver platter. Everyone I had contact with, from the front desk right up to Dr. Frantz himself, were cheerful, personable, and helpful. This office is a complete turnaround from most of the ones I have dealt with. I feel confident that Im going to be in good hands for my upcoming surgery.
