    The facility is A-1. The staff is very good except noone told me that my 7:45 appointment was delayed until a tech was available to complete the preliminary exam until 8:30. Thats when I inquired and within 5 minutes a tech became available. The remainder of the visit went well. Was pleased with Dr. Vaziri since he didnt yet have my vision medical from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. But then I received an email bill for $47 although the visit had not been filed with UHC. I consider these to be minor glitches that didnt affect the quality of the first visit. I wouldnt reduce the rating below 4.9.

    Moving to this area a few months ago, realizing that lighting is different over here than over on the East Coast, it was harder for me to drive at night time. After being referred to Frantz eye care I went there for a consultation to see if I was a candidate to get Lasik surgery I had the surgery done last week Very pleased with the procedure, understanding that it takes a little time for the eyes to heal. After the follow up appointment yesterday, the doctor said everything is starting to look good and it will heal in time. *very important for the eye drops* For anyone looking to get any kind of optical needs, I highly suggest. They also have several satellite locations, which is very convenient so for the follow up appointment, I can actually go to the satellite office being closer to home I was a little nervous prior to the surgery and I can tell you that from my experience they make it where you are very comfortable, do not feel a thing at least from my experience. Little blurry vision afterwards, but that went away after 24 hours and my vision is coming back slowly Thank you to Chris F (Optical) Lyndsey S and the LASIK staff for all of your services
