appointment : very short wait time before procedure started,all my questions were answered, pleasant surroundings, husband loved having a cup of coffee, no high sell/push to purchase eye glasses which are not needed at this time, husband and I have been patients of Dr. Frantz for over a decade, very professional employees

Lessie did my initial eye exam and prep for the Dr. What a nice person. Warm and family making me feel more family then a patient.DR. Warrior was also wonderful with a great bedside manners.As for checking out. Person was rude and not very helpful, making me want to get out.
