They have a terrible front desk. When you first enter they make you wait because there is noone there, then you go upstairs only to find out you were late for your appointment by 5 minutes and that you need to reschedule. NO THANK YOU!

My contacts are being held hostage, poor little guys. Its been four months since my partners eye appointment and we still havent gotten her contacts. The front desk never replied to multiple calls asking for an update. And now that they have the contacts, theyre so understaffed that theres one appointment a month to get the training needed to get the hard contacts. My partner works two days a week and so far, every opening has been during her work. I cant make an appointment over the phone since they dont pick up or return calls. So Ive had to go in and wait in line to make an appointment.REQUEST: Please staff up your contacts department. We had such a great eye appointment and its been ruined by the follow up. You obviously have the demand and its not fair on your front desk or contacts tech to put this much pressure and unhappy customers on them.

Not only did I have to wait a few days for an appointment after explaining my situation and insurance. When I got to the office the woman at the counter threw the pen at me to fill out my paperwork not only rude she also wasted my time. Make sure you recheck insurance information thank you. Will be sharing with other local west Seattle moms!

I just got off the phone with the MANAGER of Clear View Optical department. I will tell you, I will never go back. He was argumentative when explaining that the clip on sunglass portion that I purchased was non-returnable even though it didn't properly work as a sunglass. They never told me the magnetic buttons were going to go directly on the glass in my line of vision. Horrible customer service. They won't be seeing me again. Too bad because I actually liked the eye dr. I saw there. But, there are too many other places to try. I would rather give my business to another business than to a company that has an optical manager that was a jerk to a customer.
