Knew they closed at 6. I work til 5:30. Left the office early and got there as fast as I could. Only had about 7 minutes but thought that I could at least see their sunglasses, as that's what I was interested in. I was greated by being asked if I had an appointment. Do they schedule appointments 5 minutes before they close? It felt very condescending. Turns out they lock all their sunglasses up at 5:45. I was told I'd have to come in another time. As I was talking to the receptionist, one of the employees walked past me and proclaimed they close in 5 minutes. They handed me a mask to put on and told me they couldn't help me. I haven't felt like this much of a burden to a company I wanted to spend money with in a long time. Unfriendly and borderline rude. I'm very disappointed and will not go back.

Never ever go to this vision center. My husband visited the clinic for eye test and they told him that his power was -5. We were a little suspicious since we got his eye sight tested a few months ago and the power was around -3. To confirm we got them tested from a different clinic and his power was actually around -3. I am glad we consulted someone else before getting new glasses. Horrible experience

I wanted to make an appointment at Clearview after seeing all the positive reviews, however the receptionist was acting rude from the get go even though I was conversating respectfully and even hung up mid way trough the call. The thing is I was a old patient since 2016 and yet she still treated me that way. Do not make the same mistake I made GO SOMEWHERE ELSE......

Worst customer service. Receptionist had an attitude and was rude. Dr had an attitude and was dismissive. ZERO customer service help in frame shop despite the fact that at least 3 people were on staff and no other customers were there. Tried on at least 30 frames by myself and despite clearly struggling to find the right frame, NO ONE offered to assist me. Also, had to wait 6 weeks to get an eye exam only to be told that if I wanted contacts, Id have to schedule another exam. This was avoidable IF I had been told that when I made my initial appointment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Beware!
