Too hard to get a hold of if you are a new patient. I called and left voicemails severals times and emailed them, but never heard back from them. Went to automated voicemail system every time.

*This is a review from 6 years ago, that's not visible since it was on my dead profile before Google Plus* Don't let the MD status of these doctors fool you. The whole office upstairs is very unprofessional and dysfunctional. Communication skills of receptionists are very poor. On my first visit, receptionists were arguing out in the open with the customers about missed appointments, unpaid bills and other personal information, while I was standing there. Dr. Thomas G. Mulligan was very brief on my first visit and annoyed on my second. His first prescription didn't work, so went back for a remake, I suggested maybe I should just get my old prescription that I had 3 years ago from another doctor because it still was better than what he prescribed me. He quickly wrote me that old prescription and left. Then a staff member walked in and said that I should still try the new eye glasses to know for sure. I did, and a few days later realized that the distance was fine, but anything within 10 feet was very blurry. I called the office to tell about my discovery and all of a sudden they went CRAZY on me like some mad dogs. The receptionist started yelling and saying that I can not get anymore appointments because I have to wear my new glasses for 2 weeks. I felt like I was talking to a mentally unstable person who couldn't comprehend anything I was saying. She kept getting irritated and agitated. When I said that I need to talk to a doctor, she said that he is busy. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she just hung up on me. Then I got a phone call from another female, who said that they will refund my money and that they can not take me as a patient anymore. I was like... what are you talking about woman?! and who are you? She was very offensive. She started saying that I should wear my new glasses for 2 weeks before making another appointment and that I was late for my previous appointment. When I said that I was never late for my appointments, she started threatening that she will hang up and then she did. Very pathetic encounter. Even the refund process was a mess... One receptionist didn't know what the other was doing, etc. What a waste of time! Thank god, it's over. Stay away from this place!!!

I walked out of this office and will never return I had my records sent to me. The office runs like a machine and you are treated like a part on the assembly line Dr. Thomas Mulligan after examining my eyes told me that if I wanted to see better I would have the cataract removed from my left eye. "You can think about it," he said, "No urgency." I asked what the consequences would be if I waited. He replied that there would be no consequences. I asked if a change in prescription would help me see any better. Again, he said, "If you want to see better, have the cataract removed from your left eye." Well, these are MY eyes, and my only eyes and I expect more information than a Dr's conclusion. Trying once more I asked another question. In an exasperated tone, Dr. Mulligan said, "For the fourth time: If you want to see better, have the cataract removed from your left eye." I've told you that four times!" Wow!, I'm not sure what century he lives in, but certainly not this one. I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment.
