The absolute worst of the worst of people .. I just saw how they treated a delivery person and the one who treated him so badly .. never using this place again and will call the city to tell them what they did to that person.

Clearview is WAY understaffed as has been for the past 3 years. Still using the reason as covid. They don't return phone calls. I even called the manager and left a message. Never heard back.

Terrible office. Brought my daughter in for a new eyeglasses prescription. We took the prescription to get glasses made and the prescription was wrong. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops and wait two weeks to get back in to try to get the issue corrected. When we went back, we had to wait 54 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. Then the doctor was incredibly grumpy with us, acting like his mistake was our fault. Eventually, he gave us an updated prescription. When we brought it in to get the glasses adjusted, the prescription was wrong AGAIN! Even though we'll have to pay more to go somewhere else now to get the issue corrected, it'll be worth it. We'll never go back to Clearview again. It was such an awful experience.

The front desk lady was lovely and the assistants were all lovely and kind so I wish i could give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately Dr. Casimir was rude and impatient with me. She started off a specific line of questioning without giving me the criteria for what she was looking for in an answer. Then would become frustrated and speak to me as if I was lesser than her mentally, like I was a 2 year old because I wasn't answering her question correctly. She would then switch procedure and be wanting a different answer criteria than the one before without telling me and would get visibly upset that I couldn't read her mind. She definitely killed the mood of the place and I hope it was just a bad day for her. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and even though I am scheduled to be going back for another visit in 6 months, it's more than likely that I will be finding another optometrist.
