Positives:- The techs are capable and friendly. Elizabeth in particular.- Dr Fakadej is amazing.Negative:- The waiting times are dreadful. We were there for about 5 hours. About an hour in tests and consultation with the doctor. About 4 hours of waiting.

There was some confusion about the appointment time because I was told one time on the phone and my paperwork said another time which was 15 minutes earlier and evidently I had two appointments instead of 1:00.

The provider and staff are all super nice. They do need to improve the workflow of getting patients in timely. My appointment was at 7:30 am, didnt see the optometrist until 9 and heading home at 9:30. That is a bit much honestly.
