everyone was great! very caring except a male physician assistant who walked in front of us to is office while my wife had to not only push me in a weelchair but als pus a walker behind the wheelchair so she ws struggling and he kept looking back but it didn't matter to him.

Dr. Messner and the staff were all excellent and very helpful. The only issue I had was with calling the clinic. I was on my way to the appointment and was delayed by a traffic accident. When I called the appointment line to let them know I would be late, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. I called again to reach their operator and again I was on hold for over fifteen minutes before the operator answered. Huge problem with their phone system. The administrator definitely needs to address this issue. It is unacceptable for patients to have to hold for that amount of time.
