Everyone is courteous and competent. The care is excellent, and Im glad I have this care available. The main problem that is that so many patients are scheduled that waiting to be seen can last for several hours. My 2:45 appointment including check-out lasted until 5:30 p.m.

This was my first visit here and I saw Dr Apple. He gets 5 stars for sure. Very kind and thorough with my exam and explanation of findings. But overall 4 stars due to length of time for a routine eye exam. It was a new experience being escorted from one exam room to the next with wait times in between. It should not take 1 1/2 hours for a routine eye appointment. But I will see Dr Apple again next year because my husband and I really liked him.

The wait was longer than expected to actually see the doctor, but afterwards they were able to perform a test without scheduling another appointment.
