Very busy but the service was great excepting the cart driver who is either blind or prejudiced. I gave him a personal message. Dr Thorneberg was exceptional and detailed.

Staff made my appointment with wrong physician should have been Dr. Garris (who is my regular provider) but the appointment was made with Dr. Harris.He was very helpful and apologetic for the mistake.

The doctors are wonderful. They are caring and give each patient their full attention. Which is probably why there is a long wait,which is my only complaint.

I get excellent care at this location. The problem is excessive waiting times--not for every visit but for some visits. Based on my recent visit, I would try to avoid Monday mornings.For my last visit, November 2023, waiting time was very reasonable.The most annoying problem now is they try to force you to pay online rather than at check out. Their online system does NOT work. You have to call the billing department, but of course they are overwhelmed and you have to leave a message. This drags out the process for quite a while. Yuk.
