The doctors are wonderful. They are caring and give each patient their full attention. Which is probably why there is a long wait,which is my only complaint.

I get excellent care at this location. The problem is excessive waiting times--not for every visit but for some visits. Based on my recent visit, I would try to avoid Monday mornings.For my last visit, November 2023, waiting time was very reasonable.The most annoying problem now is they try to force you to pay online rather than at check out. Their online system does NOT work. You have to call the billing department, but of course they are overwhelmed and you have to leave a message. This drags out the process for quite a while. Yuk.

I had an appt time of 7:15 AM and didn't see the doctor until 8:45 AM. Although tests were taken during this time it seems like a very long time.

The care at Carolina Eye was great very clean and the staff was professional. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 a.m. I arrived 15 minutes early.9:00 checked in at the front desk10:05 Escorted to the administrative area for completion of insurance and registration. Then I was sent back to the waiting area10:40 Taken to have eye scan and taken to another waiting area11:05 Taken for additional eye scan and returned to another waiting area11:15 Taken to the exam room. The doctor was very professional and attentive11:26 DischargedIf there was an emergency, I could understand a 2 hour wait. Carolina Eye, I think that you can do better.
