Great doctor and staff. The wait times are horrible. 3 hours for 7 minutes with the doctor.

From a patient standpoint the care and support was excellent. I was there for an evaluation for cataract surgery on my left eye and possibly something on the right eye. The left eye surgery would be done in the afternoon. I was there at 830am and would have both eyes examined and evaluated until about 1130am.My only negative was the instructions on whether my driver had to be in the building all day or just for the surgery in the afternoon. First was told he just needed to be there before the surgery started, then it was he must be in the building all day, then it was he just needed to be on the property in the parking lot or the waiting area for the surgery. Ultimately he was able to go get something to eat and was then in the waiting room before the surgery. I understand the need to be there before and during the surgery but not for the 3-4 hours of evaluation process. The issue is the instructions were not consistent during the day. Everything worked out fine, just need to make sure everyone is on the same page on the driver instructions.

I had a 45 minute wait in the busy lobby. I was given several tests by the staff, who were friendly and professional. Dr. Messner was very good at explaining the changes in my eyes and the implications. I will be seeing them more often in the future to monitor my condition.

I had a fairly good experience. I waited a very long time to finally be seen by the doctor. In the interim I was given drops and a preliminary screening by an assistant. Then out to a waiting area for over an hour. Back in to another numbered room. Another lady came in, not sure who she was but not the doctor. Finally the doctor did come in. After the refraction she did a comprehensive exam and gave me my prescription. I was there years ago but dont recall waiting quite so long.
