    Actually would give 31/2 stars. The remainder would account for the long wait times between check-in and first touch with a technician.(there seems to always be an abundant amount of techs lingering around)If you are an employed patient, you had best schedule at least an hour and a half to complete your appointment.(from check-in to checkout).For any additional testing allow another 45 minutes to an hour for completion.The other star would be given if my physician were to rotate to a North Pinellas Office, where I reside. Commuting to W Largo is a trek.Otherwise, the staff are competent, professional and very pleasant. Do recommend to my associates and friends with the above caveats.

    The check in staff was great and I would recommend Dr Cope to anyone, he is a fantastic Dr. His scribe, on the other hand, was rude and not nice at all. I wont ge going back because of how I saw her treat the Dr and myself. I would see Dr Cope again if he had a different scribe. The tech we saw first was also great and did a good job.
