    Very professional, very good service and care. However, do NOT give them your phone number! They keep texting me for feedback after I have provided it, after I have opted out and even after I spoke to them face to face. Next thing I know they'll be coming to the door taking an opinion poll.

    Medical professionals and support staff earned high scores but those scores were diminished by long waits (over 30 minutes) for both appointments.

    Dr Williams is fabulous. He is friendly, knowledgeable, listens well, takes time to educate, answer questions and make the patient feel like they matter. The staff on the other hand operates in purely a perfunctory manner. Three out of four staff members I had interaction with NEVER made eye contact with me, they just robotically did their job and never seemed to be aware it was a human they were interacting with. They were more concerned with their private conversations they continued while checking me in or out. Only the staff member who checked my eyes before seeing the doctor treated me like I was her business. Irony...eye doctors office and staff makes no eye contact, mmmmmmm. .

    Staff members pleasant. The process of the appointment was very efficiently done.Dr. Laplume was rushed. When he came into the room I was standing looking at my eye images. I made a relative comment, he responded take a seat so we can get this done. I agreed. During the exam He didn't explain what he seeing unless I ask. He wasn't rude, he appeared to just not care.I will still recommend this place for the basic annual eye exam. I'll go back. If he's not forthcoming I'll ask a lot of questions. If I had condition or serious symptoms. I'll go somewhere else
