    Follow up to have stitches on eyelid removed. Dr Goldey was on time. Stitches were removed and eyelid cleanser was recommended. No problems. Short visit. No follow up needed.

    Went in for operation for swelling on eyelid. First chair I was in would not recline. The second room I was moved to the light on chair would not turn on. Assistant had to hold a light for the Doctor. I would never return to that office. Dr Goldey was very helpful in answering questions. Was a little rough with the operation (dont know if that was usual). Had more swelling of eyelid than the only other operation of this type (in Seattle).When first contacted Dr G, we had to use FaceTime as the video conference method she uses was broken. Dr was friendly and wanted to help. Z

    The doctor was fine but the office experience was not. I waited for over an hour from the time I checked in to the time I was called and the long wait was not apologized for or acknowledged at all. The staff and doctor was not overly friendly but they got the job done. Overall wasnt a horrible experience but wasnt a great one either.

    I am not in a position to evaluate the competency of a physician but Dr. Hairston was able to clearly identify my condition & offered helpful suggestions in how to avoid advancement of the condition & a clear explanation of future options.
