Let me start by saying Dr. Zaidi is nothing short of a miracle worker. I came in for a rather serious condition that is rare in people my age and his diagnosis and treatment were spot on. After a few treatments, my condition was cured and I couldn't be more relieved. I highly recommend Dr. Zaidi to anyone needing a great doctor. His professional demeanor and positive attitude are what I look for in my physicians. Thanks Again Dr. Zaidi.

Pacific Eye Associates staff, optical boutique, and Dr. Laura Inger are wonderful!! They do have an array of pricing for optical wear and with the correct prescription, you can be confident to shop with them or online as well-- they are understanding of your needs. Definitely, the staff is smart, professional, friendly, and attentive to their patients and their office ambience too. Most significantly, Dr. Laura Inger, the doctor I had my appointment with literally brought joy to my eyes. Noticing, that my vision was not what it used to be--- 20/20, I knew it was time for a proper eye exam. Yes, during my visit Dr. Inger's brilliance and command of her optometry tools revealed my issues. INDEED, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Inger and Pacific Eye Associates for your eye examination because they go beyond expectations and are highly qualified to help improve your eyesight as well as determine if you have any optical muscle or nerve problem that only a skilled doctor can notice. Certainly, you too will feel the intelligent and healing energy that Dr. Inger bestows upon you, as she did so for me. I can see clearly now that the fuzziness is gone and I can set aside my clip on magnifiers and incorrect readers at this time. Yeah baby! :-), PJ

Five stars with the caveat that I didn't actually see a doctor or go to my appointment. I searched in my network for eye doctors in San Mateo and somehow managed to find this one in SF. Not paying attention to the address or area code, I went ahead and scheduled the appointment via their webpage. I got several helpful emails from their office prior to the appointment explaining their fees and other details. Two hours before my appointment, I finally noticed that the office is deep into SF, and even if I left right then, there was very little chance of me making it on time during rush hour. I called to see what their cancellation policy is, and the nice lady on the phone said there was no fee for cancellation for Dr. Inger's appointments, and she kindly cancelled it right away. Sorry I can't give a more thorough review, but I was left with a good impression of Pacific Eye Associates and would visit them if I lived in the area.

Dr. Sung is the best! The staff have been really helpful. Last week, something happened to my left eye...I'll leave out the horrid details. I was mildly freaking out at work...midweek crisis...with a performance coming up...I cannot be blind! I called the office at 5pm on Wednesday afternoon, the lady who answered the phone was thorough...found an appointment for me on Thursday morning! Dr. Sung was amazing, as usual...yes, my eye is FINE...it's some horrid form of headache that is brought on by my bad posture (I found out from my PT)... LOVE Dr. Sung...
