I was referred to Ali Zaidi, MD, of Pacific Eye Associates. The office was very busy and the waiting area was full, but I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Zaidi took the time listen and to explain. I never felt rushed.The administrative staff is terrific.They were friendly and very efficient. Mari, in particular, took the time to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed, and she did it with a smile. I highly recommend Dr. Zaidi and his staff.

I was in and out quickly. The entire staff is friendly yet professional. Everyone was willing to answer my questions. If they didn't have the answer they directed me to the proper source. Very pleased.

The office is comprised of a whole group of specialists. I've met Dr. So and Dr. Zaidi, and I can definitely say their expertise are worth the wait. <br>If you want to go anywhere GOOD in the city, you should expect there to be a wait. Even that burger place specifically named IN-N-OUT has a line to get in...but it's worth it! <br>Be a patient patient!
