I was referred to Dr. Ali Zaidi of Pacific Eye Associates by two of his patients who thought highly of him. The office was very busy and the waiting area was full, but I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Zaidi was professional and he took the time listen and to explain the diagnosis and treatment. I never felt rushed. The administrative staff was terrific. They were friendly and efficient. Mari, in particular, took the time to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed. Since I'm moving soon Mari also made sure my records were forwarded to my new doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zaidi and his staff.
