Ive seen Dr Sward several times and have never had an issue until my last appointment. The tech seemed rushed doing my exam and when I mentioned that she forgot to cover one of eyes during the exam, she insisted that she didnt! Then she wiped the eye machine with an alcohol wipe then immediately put it up against my face which caused extreme burning in my eyes because it was still wet! I also felt like Dr Sward rushed through my appointment and neither her or the tech were as thorough as they normally are. When I was leaving I realized the waiting room had emptied out because the office was closing for their lunch break which would explain why they rushed through my appointment. I will now make my appointments early morning or after lunch!
