Everything was done efficiently with the tech. She was friendly and professional. The part that bothered me was that I waited over 30 minutes before I saw you. Someone should have checked in with me to tell me about the wait. You were also professional but you didnt say Sorry for the wait. I consider that a common courtesy. Thank you.

Had a return visit checkup for an eye issue. Care was Ok but doctor is in a big hurry and does not have time to answer questions and seems to prefer that you dont ask them. I understand that times are tough and feel that the office is trying to adjust to make the situation safe. I appreciate this.
