Doctor was great, technicians/assistants were great, I was just annoyed that I filled out all the paperwork they emailed me, and sent it to the email address they gave. When I showed up, they said it was never received, and I had to fill it out again. Lesson learned--Just print it out and hand it to them.

This time I did not feel as if I was a welcomed customer by the receptionist. Maybe she was having a bad day. Also, the tables they have put in front of the reception desk are not a good way to welcome patients. A standing sign might help to say stand back (like we don't know with Covid) , and it is somewhat difficult to juggle in a purse for information while not being able to fully utilize a counter to prop up against especially while using a cane to stand with all the winter garb on as well. Attitude goes a long way as well. Again, maybe a bad morning....when asked if I was exposed to Covid, I answered in the affirmative and said it was over a month ago. She was taken back when I said I did not have a test but we quarantined. There was no need for a test as we did not have direct contact. Perhaps a little more education on Covid protocols would be helpful as well.

For some reason my laser procedure follow up on my left eye cataract surgery left my eye very sensitive for the rest of the day which I treated with eye drops. OK now>
