I have been a patient at this clinic for over 40 years. I have been totally satisfied with my care. As a contact lens wearer, I have been seen by Dr. Ries since I began wearing contacts after my initial visit and until his retirement. Such a professional and competent person! I now see Dr. Heilman and, he also, is thorough and professional. Unlike another review, he took time to get to know me and converse with me regarding my vision and contacts. My only reservation in not giving the fifth star is the wait time before being seen. This has been traditional over the 40 years. That being said, I have come to expect it, and plan accordingly by bringing reading material with me. I will not change eye care professionals for anything!

First visit to MECA and I was very pleased. I was late and a new patient but they took me anyway, everything seemed very professional and the Dr. let me know of options without being pushy or overselling their frames/services. The assistant I had - sorry don't know her title - was really good and ran through all the tests with me very efficiently but I didn't feel rushed. Good experience and I ended up ordering from them - excited to get my new prescription!

A very nice eye clinic. The Dr. I saw was nice and helpful and was really good at explaining everything.<br><br>Downside: waited FOREVER. I finally saw the doctor about an hour later than I was scheduled. I would say it was worth the wait, but if you're on a tight schedule, you might want to check out someplace else.
