My one complaint is their phone system. Very difficult to use. Their hold system is awful.

I thought Dr. Weiss did a great job. He took the time to answer many questions I had regarding various eye issues/concerns. The only reason I gave him a 4-star instead of a 5 is that he sometimes made me feel like I should already know the answers. That the answers were self-evident. Maybe it was that my questions werent in his arena, but more so that of an ophthalmologist. He did give me referral brochures. I wouldnt ask if I knew the answers. I did really like him and will continue to see him.

I gave this office a try because it was in walking distance from home. I am glad I did.Dr. Weiss was very thorough and an excellent communicator. He listened to my concerns and explained why I was experiencing certain symptoms. The office was clean and the staff were all friendly. I will make this my go-to eye care place.
