I had 2 cataracts removed by Dr Frame. Procedures went well and all personnel I interacted with were professional and considerate.Would definitely recommend Milwaukee Eye Care.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was that our appointment was at 2:00 pm and we didn't leave until 4:15 pm. We weren't seen until around 2:20 pm and then in between seeing the initial person who looks at the eyes and waiting for Dr. Hetzer it took another 20+ minutes. It was very busy so I understand being behind, but we had other places to go and I had to pick up my other children so it was very inconvenient. Dr. Hetzer is a very nice and patient doctor though.
