    I had PRK at Heaton performed by Dr. NIckel. He was extraordinarily professional and kind. Dr. Nickel answered all my questions about the procedure and why it was better for me than LASIK in a helpful and easy to understand manner. After about 4 months, I am at 20/15 vision and still doing very well!If youve heard about PRK being more painful than LASIK, dont let that deter you. Youll be given Tylenol with Codeine (and if youre allergic to Codeine like me - you should alternate Tylenol and Advil every 4 hours - or go with your doctors advice) and it keeps you pretty comfortable. This discomfort should go away after about 48 hours. Its definitely worth it!

    I am so happy with the results of my lasik. My vision was better than 20/20 the morning after my procedure. I have never seen this well in my life. Dr. Heaton adressed all of my concerns realistically, and was honest with me about potential outcomes.He prayed over me before my surgery and was reassuring the entire time.

    Everyone is more than helpful very kind. They seem to be more than happy to take care of you. They answered all my questions made sure I understood all that we talked about. Another day I thought of more questions contacted them. They didnt mind a bit took the time to answer what questions I had.
