    I am a new patient at Heaton Eye Aassociates. Everyone at the office were friendly and accommodating. They were very efficient and very professional. Thanks to Candace and Dr. Mitchell for all of the information.

    Ive been going to Heatons for years now. I believe they are one of the premiere eyecare clinics in Tyler. I only canceled my last appointment because they said I have to wear a mask. I cant breathe through a mask, get a headache and light headed wearing one for very long and besides that, I have had COVID and am immune so theres no reason for me to wear one in the first place. Even the face shields are a problem for me. But while practically every one else has dropped the policy, including my primary care doctors office, Heatons in still holding to this outdated policy and I wont be coming back until its dropped.
