Appointment Scheduling Experience ONLY: I called the Tyler location to get exam information and schedule an appointment for my mother, and Amanda was an absolute joy to speak with. She was friendly, upbeat, and had such a fun, positive attitude throughout our conversation. Although she is not in the actual office and only assists with calls from the floor above, she still left an unforgettable first impression. Her warmth and professionalism made me feel confident and reassured about my mothers upcoming visit. Thank you again, Amanda, for making the scheduling experience such a pleasant one!
