The doctor was very cordial and thorough, however I did not see him until 90 minutes past my appointment time. I did have several tests from techs prior to seeing Dr. Jones however there was a considerable amount of waiting in between. All in all I would recommend seeing him again.

To be honest, since the move to your bigger office, the care experience seemed somewhat less personal, more regimented and sterile. The dr wasnt as informative and I didnt think he was a thorough. I will still be using Heaton Eye but I was a little disappointed with my last appointment.

JJ talks too fast and listens too slow, however he eventually listened to my problem and came to the same conclusion that Ive been trying to get across for the last two years.
