I have always had great service, interaction from the doctors and staff. The only reason for 4 stars is that it takes over two hours for one appointment. This lengthy process is not just a one time occurrence. I worked in medical offices almost 30 years It seems to bog down with all the prep work and going to 4 different rooms and 2 different waiting areas. I really think more organization would make a big difference.
