Medical department..excellent. optical doesnt take any insurance nor file forms to your insurance. So I didnt get my new glasses. Basically you have to pay out of pocket then file your own claims. I have Davis vision and Medicare. When I called to make an appointment I asked if they take Davis Vision was told they did but I should have been told optical department does not.

Excellent Doctors and staff... The 25 minute wait in lobby and 15 minute wait in room was a big inconvenience for me as I have a very tight schedule!

My interactions with Dr. HEATON were superb, as usual. The wait time is excessively long and should be addressed. If you get an appointment for 915, thats when most people think they are seeing the doctor. In this office, they will be getting about one or 1 1/2 hours of testing after which they see The doctor. Patient should be informed about when they will be seen and when the testing will be done.
