Had cataract surgery extremely impressed with Dr Nickel all the staff @ Heaton. Dr actually took time to call check on me post op which meant a lot. Loved MDs taking time to pray with their pts in pre-op. I would gladly give them a 5 star but the wait in their office is not good! Sometimes 2 hrs or more for a 10 min appt. pts in waiting room discussing they all experienced long waits.

Arrived at 7:30 for a 7:30 appointment. Was finally called at 8:00. Needs to be better coordinated. That means they will be behind all day
