The wait is extremely long. We were there 10 mins before scheduled and it took us 2:40 to finish. The staff is very sweet and I feel my daughter received a thorough exam. Just takes forever. Dr. Jones is young and has very big shoes to fill, but I think he is knowledgeable and caring Dr. I think he is an asset to Heaton eye associates.

The staff at the Tyler office are cordial and treat you in a professional manner. Re-scheduling the appointment was also easy.
