    My appointment went great. I unfortunately have an HMO and must pay cash for my visits and they worked with me ahead of time so I would know what I would be paying. Dr Guenther is the best and most caring as well. She really cares and listens to your concerns. I could go somewhere else that takes my insurance but the care I receive here is much too important.

    Very professional and caring staff. Quick and efficient. As soon as I walked through the door I was instantly greeted with a "good morning, how can we help you today?". Customer service now days seems like a lost art so I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Cynthia did a great job with my initial lasik exam. Followed by Carla patiently answering any questions I had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative.Update*Recently had Lasik preformed br Dr Dossey and his incredible staff. The staff is still just as kind and personable as ever before. Seamless process through pre-op - to post op. Couldn't be happier with the results . Thanks again Heaton.
